its been a while....

Hello world!

I havnt had much of a chance to update mt blog. My life has been nuts! As u all know, casey and I got married on march 21st and then went to big bear for about a week.the wedding was amazing... It was more than I could have hoped for. The temple was amazing and the reception was beautiful. And I had so much fun in the snow at big bear. I hurt my arm a bit on the slopes but it was still tons of fun. I got to break in the snowboard my big brother got me and my sister for christmas.

Right when we got back I started work at sunshine as bambi. I absolutely love it there. But my schedule is crazy. Monday through friday I work 6:30 to 8:30 at sunshine and then 2:30 to 6:30. Two days a week I work at the salon between shifts at sunshine. Its fun and keeps me busy.

Between starting my new job and settling into our new house, we had our first holiday as a married couple which was great.we spent time with both families and had so much fun.

On more recent news... I have officially been welcomed into the staff at sunshine. Friday was a rally day. And I guess its customary to prank the newbies on their first rally. They set up a chocolate covered apple eating contest between myself and the other "rookie" and the two "veterans". When I bit into my "apple" I quickly realised that I had something a bit stronger than I was expecting. Good thing I like onions. I ate most of it as a good sport but boy was it strong. My nose and throat burned so bad and my eyes were all watery. But it was all in good fun! I still love it there and am looking forward to getting any other new counselors at their first rally. That's pretty much all. Pictures should be up soon.

rough week

these past few days have been pretty crazy.

Monday i went to the doctors (finally) to take care of some last minute stuff and got some bloog work and long story short... passed out with the needle in my arm... it was pretty traumatic and my body didnt react well to that and it took me the rest of the day to recover...

Tuesday i worked at Della Stella and then came home and went to the LA temple with my mom to get some last minute supplies for the wedding... and while i was there i felt a little sick to my stomach... i thought it was probably the egg salad i ate not sitting right with me.... and then as i walked out of the room i was in... it all came up... it ended up being a version of the flu and i recovered early this morning.

Today i went to Della Stella and got my jewelery FINALLY.

Tomorrow and Saturday are my last working days til the wedding.... im SO excited.

I have my dress fitting sometime next week...my dress is currently in utah... it came out of customs yesterday!

TWO WEEKS!?!?

So a lot has happened since the last post.

I have THREE jobs now...

1.Buckle as a "Denim Specialist" (Shameless Plug: Come see me and ill help u find a great fitting pair of jeans!!! :))
2. Della Stella Salon and Spa as a receptionist...ive been begging for a job there since they opened!
3. Sunshine...ive wanted a job here since i got layed off! i start this job right after the wedding.


things are coming together for the wedding thanks to the dedicated work of some amazing people.... mainly the Evans family that has been totally helping me out. I talked to the people at Cruz's Bridal about my dress... it is on track to arive between March 11th and March 18th. I have my interview with the stake president for my reccomend on sunday. im so excited! im also SO excited to see my dad.

ALSO the Evans family is one person bigger thanks to Lauren and Cody... Lauren gave birth this tuesday to Jaxon James Evans. hes adorable. I already love him so much.

i cant wait to marry the man of my dreams in two short weeks. YAY!!!!

One month and counting!

Happy Late Valentine's Day! 

Hope everyone had a LOVEly day! It's about a month until the wedding... and things are getting exciting! our house looks so good... casey repainted it! im so proud of him. I'm so excited for him to be my husband. I can't wait until this weekend. my Siseter/Maid of Honor is coming to visit and have my wedding shower. 

I got a second job at Della Stella as a receptionist. Life's going pretty good. 

Invitations are almost done...and starting march first i can track the UPS on my wedding dress.

i need to change my blog pretty soon... i might have to make a hole new one... because its going to be Kendell and Casey instead of just me... any suggestions?

The Countdown

As i continue to plan the wedding of my dreams to the man of my dreams, it has yet to hit me that my wedding is only like 50 days away! I'm working on getting addresses together for the invites. Planning the food is almost done and the invites are almost done. I'm so excited. On top of that, Casey and his brothers are plugging away at getting our house ready to move into. I love our house! I feel like SO much is going on but i dont have much to say here... 

Work is going well. I'm working my butt off and dont have much free time right now. But i like my job alright. Its totally different from working at Space Vector. I have this new love for clothes that is probably totally unhealthy for my wallet's sake. lol. 

I was talking to Alyssa today and realized really how blessed i am. It feels like the details of my wedding have just fallen into place. I couldn't be happier.

Wedding updates and stuff...

So about five days ago, i started to feel crappy... Sunday i pretty much passed out and Yesterday i had to call in sick to work and finally brought myself to go to the doctors. Apparently i have Bronchitis... I got the meds and stuff and im starting to get a bit better.

Today was pretty much my last chance to order my wedding dress, so sick/drugged up me and my mother drove over to the Bridal Salon and took my size down, signed the contract and got the dress of my dreams for my big day. The only thing thats a big deal is that i had to order this dress without ever seeing it in person or even actually trying it on before signing the contract... but hey, i did that for my pageant ball gown and it worked out just fine. that good news is that ill be able to try on a sample in about a week. im SO excited.

So The wedding is like 66 days away and the invitations are almost done, the venue is booked, the dress is purchased, and certain decisions have been made... im so excited. OH and casey and i have our house. We walked it on sunday. I'm super excited.

i think thats all. Still have no pics up from Christmas... hopefully soon...

im going to go have some more soup and meds.
